Southern Cross volunteers go where Chinese tourists go – setting up distribution sites in front of popular tourist destinations, restaurants and hotels, waiting for the Chinese to come. These locations are strategic centers to hand out the Bibles and packets. However, before volunteers are able to hand out the materials, they request permission from the owners that they be allowed to distribute.
Pray that Southern Cross workers will find favor with business owners and continue with each distribution site they already have. Pray for wisdom as Southern Cross workers search for new distribution sites. Pray that the business owners prove to be people of peace, encouraging others to receive the Bibles.
I’ve been a volunteer where you are and done the Kingdom work you are doing, only not during CNY. It’s awesome that we have this new tool where I feel like I am right there with you guys and following daily the great work being done in the name of our Lord! I am praying for all of you team members and love reading the stories of what God is doing in not only the lives of the tourists, but in your personal lives as well. I am also praying for the tour guides and that many will receive the free gift you are offering – but mainly the free gift of salvation. Remember that you represent Jesus and when people do not take the Bible, they are in effect, rejecting Him – not you. Praying the Lord will continue to give you supernatural strength to accomplish this mighty work for His glory!

hi family in Jesus, love all of you and the work you are doing with the Lord – we are praying the Word back to You, Papa, that “as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is My Word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it!” and praying for you teams that as you do the work, you know that “you will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands!” (Isaiah 55: 10-12) you are among “so great a cloud of witnesses” even though you do not see us ~ so REJOICE! wa hoooooo!
