Many of the Chinese tourists coming through are part of a package tour, led by a tour guide. As the tour walks through the Southern Cross distribution zone, the Chinese look to the tour guide for direction on accepting the packet. If the tour guide gives a nod, many Chinese tourists accept the packet. If the tour guide ignores volunteers, the tourists will often walk past, refusing the Bibles.
Pray tour guides are people of peace, encouraging tourists to take packets. Pray that tour guides would be leaders in accepting the packets. Pray that the Chinese tourists who are interested in the Bibles will have the courage to accept the gift, even when guides discourage them.

Wow I am a sbc. Paztor from ky. My wife had knee surgery yesterday at the age of 49. Today she begins therapy on knee day 2. Thank you for giving us information on how to pray.
I’m posting for one of the volunteers from Taiwan:
We have an answer to your prayers for tour guides to be open to passing out Bibles. Last night when I was handing out Bibles, I asked the tour guide if he’d like one. He told me he was a Christian. He encouraged his group to get Bibles.
Then, five minutes later he returned with a bag of bottle green tea for all of us. He said he did not have a New Year’s gift to give us, so he offered us drinks.
He bought the drinks because he thought it was important that our voices stay strong to proclaim the Gospel.
